FAQ

Should I order in advance?

Yes. We always suggest pre-ordering.  If you have a certain pie in mind, please contact us at Info@everettandelaine.com for additional questions you may have.

In-Store only pies

Some pies only available for in-store pick up, due to shipping logistics limitations. A customer can't choose to have some items shipped and some items Pick-Up on the same order. Instead, the customer should place two separate orders.

How do you ship pies and what days do you ship?

Our pies are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival and arrive ready to cut and serve. Once shipped, most pies will arrive within one to two days but remote locations may take up to as many as three days. If you do not wish to serve upon arrival, please place in the freezer for a later date. We ship Monday-Wednesday.

Do you require a signature for shipped pies?

We do not require a signature, but due to the perishability of our pies and the sensitive nature of the product, we recommend someone be present to receive the package. We email tracking information once a pie order is placed so that you can follow your pie’s journey.

Do you ship outside the US or PO Boxes?

We currently do not ship outside the US or to PO Boxes.

What is Everett & Elaine cancellation policy?

All orders require pre-payment online. We do not offer refunds at this time, but we do offer in-store credit in the event a change or cancellation needs to be made.  We do ask for a 24-hour notice for order changes or cancellations.

What is Everett & Elaine return policy?

Opinions and tastes certainly differ. We are very sorry if you receive a pie and were expecting a different taste. Please feel free to give us a call if you are not satisfied with your pie. Although we do not offer refunds, we may replace your pie, depending on the circumstance. If a replacement is given for a shipped pie, the cost of shipment for the replacement pie will be billed again at the customer’s expense.

What If I have a nut-allergy?

We strive to keep our kitchen and products that do not contain nuts as safe as possible, but our kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen and there is the possibility of cross contamination. We strongly advise our customers with gluten, dairy, nut, peanut, or any other type of food allergies to order on the side of caution and refrain from eating our pies.

How do I store my pie?

Our fresh baked pies are good for up to seven days of purchase without freezing. Savory pies should be refrigerated at all times. Fruit pies and custard pies can be kept fresh on the counter prior to cutting but once cut, you should refrigerate.

How do I freeze/reheat a pie?

TBD
